Propresenter 5: Formatting songs for multiple arrangements | ChurchTechCast.com Screencast show
In quite a lot of churches, the arrangement of any song is fluid. The worship leader might feel led to change it on the fly or might even make a change that you’re unaware of. Even if they’ve just gotten confused and skipped a verse, the result is the same: distraction.
So, how do you fix that? How do you account for different arrangements based on who is leading or when in the service the song is sung?
In ProPresenter 5, it’s pretty simple as long as the song is formatted correctly so that the program knows what is a verse, chorus, bridge, etc.
There are also some tricks you can use to make last-second changes look like they were planned. We’ll talk about those today.
