In this ProPresenter 5 tutorial, I’ll help with the built-in web browser, including some limitations that you should know about before you try and use it.

If you think that ProPresenter 5 will help you to display YouTube or other flash content using the build-in browser, you’re wrong. The browser is very basic. It’s not designed to be extensible like Firefox, Chrome, etc.

You’d use this feature to display a web page, but not to any heavy interactions with it. So, showing off your church’s website or a site that the pastor wants to illustrate are really the limits.

Always test a site before it’s supposed to go on screen to make sure it doesn’t use a technology that the browser doesn’t support.

If you keep these limitations in mind, it’s a great feature to have.
