ProPresenter Tutorial: Adding a third monitor to your Mac
There are a few Macs that come with the ability to have three displays (either three external displays or as with some models of the iMac or some models of the MacBook Pro, the internal display and two externals).

Luckily (or by divine providence), I’ve found one that adapts from USB to either VGA, HDMI, or DVI. Unless you have an SDI system, that should work for you, and if you do, you can go with an adapter to make HDMI into SDI.
I’ve been using the Diamond MUltimedia HD USB to DVI adapter (Amazon affiliate link: http://trinitydigitialmedia.com/propresenterusb) since January, with excellent results. What’s great is that it’s only about $30.
The downside is that it doesn’t come with the Mac driver. I have found it and made a short link for you, though. Here it is: http://trinitydigitalmedia.com/diamondmmosx.
You’ll need to install the driver, plug everything in and make sure it shows up in System Preferences>Displays. As long as it does, you can go into the preferences in ProPresenter and drag “SD” over to it.
