Over on the propresenter users’ group on facebook, Fer Andrade asked about a problem he was having and Matthew Kelling suggested this solution.
[tweet “If ProPresenter is acting up, can you reset the preferences? Yep. Try this:”]1. Close ProPresenter
2. Open a new Finder window and press Command-Shift-G
3. Enter the following exactly as it’s shown: ~/Library/Preferences
4. Delete all files and folders that start with “com.renewedvision.ProPresenter5” (or “ProPresenter6” if you’re in Pro6).
5. Restart your computer (note: I didn’t do this in the screencast).
6. Relaunch ProPresenter
It might not fix your issue, but it’s easy and worth a shot to reset the preferences because they do sometimes get corrupted.
