I recently won a Twitter contest of sorts. Kramer Electronics said that since I was their 1,800th Twitter follower, they wanted to send me something.

What happens when you delight your audience? They tell others. I have a video on YouTube that they didn’t ask me to make. This blog post is free-advertisement that they didn’t request. I’ve tweeted about it a bunch of times to all my followers.
I don’t know how much it cost them to make and send me the piece they did, but whatever it was, it got them a fan for life. I know that from now on, when I buy something they make, I’ll definitely consider them.
